The results below are not average results, other customers have lost just as much if not more. I’m sure these are the ‘best of the best’ results. Because trading is so individual and so many factors including skills, market conditions, timing, and more affect trading results these results cannot and do not accurately reflect future performance for anyone else. Trading by its very nature involves risk – including the risk of losing all capital you have in a trade.
Trading involves EXTREME RISK. People, including myself at times, can and do lose money! We are not licensed or registered, all information is for educational purposes only, nothing contained herein should be considered a suggestion, recommendation or basis for using real money to make or place a trade in stocks, options or forex. While we believe the information to be reliable, we can not guarantee it and you should seek the advice of a professional if you feel the need. Please know your own risk tolerance! Do not trade with money you can not afford to lose - you might lose it! Perhaps most importantly - PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT NECESSARILY INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS!
Track Record - Although we are confident in the potential profits depicted in the track record, many of the old alerts did NOT include entry or exit prices! This was in no way an attempt to conceal or camouflage our performance. We have active trading strategies and were forced to send out alerts in a timely fashion since it was crucial to get the information to our clients quickly. As such, often times, we were rushing to get just the trade ideas out to our members, so the original alerts did not include other data such as prices. Unfortunately, historical option data is not readably available for back testing results. In the instances when prices were not given, we had to go back and determine to the best of our ability where the underlying assets were trading at the time and extrapolate the option prices based on our familiarity with the implied volatility and the intrinsic value. This is not exact science and is difficult to do. We therefore, cannot attest to the accuracy of the data, but we made the most honest attempt we could with the resources available to us at this time. We are confident, however, that in a lot of the cases the strong performance of the underlying assets could have offset the discrepancies in prices to achieve the observed returns.
Furthermore, we have made a concerted effort the last couple of years to include entry and exit prices in the live alerts , and of the trade ideas generated in 2013 to date, August 21, 2013, 165 in total, we have entry prices in 160 of the original alerts. 2013 is stacking up to be our best year performance wise since 2008, so that should help support the potential profits represented in this performance history.
It should also be stated that the track record above is based on double the risk allotment that we suggest for our traders on a per trade basis. We've found that nearly every client finds the "right" risk tolerance for themselves, like in life, no two people are exactly alike, and no two traders (or 5000) are exactly alike. What works, or doesn't work for me and my risk tolerance/needs, may or may not work for you. Part of what we try to provide are insights into how to figure that out for yourself based on my experience working with 100,000s of clients over the last 13+ years.
The bottom line for me, and those of our clients who have succeeded is that the strategy used to generate these returns is a simple but consistent management strategy that we preach to our clients. If there is a specific trading plan offered with the idea, as far as exits and stop loss, and YOU choose to play it then that should be followed, but in the cases where there is no plan, these plays were managed with the following guidance...
Enter the trade at the suggested or market price of the option. Target a double in the option price to take half off the trade and then trail stops to the original entry point on the second half of the trade. Let the option run to fruition to either its earnings release, at which point the trade is to be exited prior to the earnings report, or to option expiration (OE) at which point the trade would be closed out at the end of the OE day providing the option didn’t stop out. To reduce risk, management of the options wrwould tighten stops to lock in any significant gains within the last two days of the contract expiration, but generally not before. The exception to this rule occurred when the underlying stock made an immediate move against our trade from the outset in a strong multi-day counter trend. In which case, we targeted an early 50% stop loss when possible to exit the losing trades. Barring that scenario, we let the trades run to our target or Options Expiration where we exited the trade.

Please read: Past results are not necessarily indicative of future results. There is a substantial risk of loss trading leveraged instruments with or without this or any other advertised product, service or system. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. no representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
